AGMO Loan (Extended Financing)
The purpose of Agmo Financing is to provide extended financing on all your farm production needs at your MFA stores. The Advantages of Agmo financing are:

2. You only pay interest on what you have actually used.
3. Repayment can be arranged to suit your operation.
4. No need to leave the field to pay your account.
5. Assures you of no credit problems in obtaining your input needs.
6. Will provide credit life insurance.
For extended credit purchases at your MFA location from the list below, please PRINT and COMPLETELY FILL OUT the loan submission form that applies to you and take the application into your MFA location or mail to Agmo Corporation, 201 Ray Young Drive, Columbia MO 65201-3599
Joint Account: If you are applying for a joint account and relying on your income and assets AND the income or assets of the joint applicant as the basis for repayment of the credit requested, please select this application.
Partnership: If you are applying for credit for a partnership, please include a copy of the partnership agreement with this application. (All partners and spouses should sign.)
Corporation: If you are applying for credit for a corporation, please include a copy of the corporation charter, bylaws and corporate resolution authorizing incurring debt with this application. All parties authorized to make purchases on behalf of the corporation must be included in the resolution.
Limited Liability Company (LLC): If you are applying for credit for a LLC, please include a copy of the Articles of Organization and the operating/management agreement and management/operating committee resolution authorizing incurring debt with this application. All parties authorized to make purchases on behalf of the LLC must be included in the resolution.
Trust: If you are applying for credit for a Trust, please include a copy of the Trust Agreement, bylaws and the trust resolution authorizing incurring debt if not included in the verbiage of the original trust agreement. All parties authorized to make purchases on behalf of the Trust must be included in the resolution.
Individual Account: If you are applying for credit for an individual account in your own name and are relying on your income or assets and not the income or assets of another person as the basis for repayment of the credit requested, please select this application.
Individual Account with Authorized User: If you are applying for credit for an individual account, but a spouse or other person is to be permitted use of the account, please provide information about that spouse or authorized user.
