The category of Specialty, under Animal Health, includes everything that isn't either Beef, Dairy, Sheep & Goat, Poultry, Equine, or Swine.  [The horse related material is within the Equine category on the home page.]  Questions landing in this "Specialty" category are usually domestic pets, exotic animals, and alternative production species such as llamas, alpacas, deer, elk, and buffalo.  You just never know what species and what questions are out there!
