MFA Incorporated unites with Alltech for the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2010 Alltech, a global leader in animal health and nutrition, has named MFA Incorporated as an Official Animal Health and Nutrition Partner for the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2010™. MFA joins more than 60 global partners who have united with title sponsor, Alltech, in a collaborative effort to promote optimal animal health and well-being in the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, the pinnacle of equestrian sport. The Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, to be held in Lexington, KY, USA from September 25 – October 10, 2010, are the world championships of the eight disciplines recognized by the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI). Held outside of Europe for the first time, the 16-day competition involving 600 riding competitors and 700 horses from more than 60 countries is expected to be attended by as many as 600,000 spectators and viewed on television by an international audience exceeding 460 million people. of Laclede County was awarded the MFA 4-H Saddle Award Trophy Saddle. Hannah is a member of the Freedom Reins 4-H Club and currently attending College of the Ozarks majoring in Animal Science/Computer Science. This was MFA’s 19th year to present this trophy saddle to a very deserving 4-H member.

At the Missouri Equine Council event in January, Jeff Woodberry of Eugene, Missouri was crowned the winner of the MFA Ultimate Equestrian Challenge™. The three contestants, Steven Lantvit, Mike Rogers and Jeff Woodberry, kept the crowd on the edge of their seats as they showed their training skills by taking a horse and training it to be under saddle, followed by an obstacle course for each rider as the finale. Jeff is a trainer from Eugene, MO that is not only skilled as a trainer, but also as a saddle maker. Jeff owns and operates his leather shop at his home, trains horses for riding and works with problem horses. MFA presented Jeff with a check for $100, 1000 lbs of MFA Legends® Horse Feed and a trophy belt buckle. Second and third place finishers received $50 and 500 lbs of MFA Legends® Horse Feed. It is always a crowd pleasing event and MFA is proud to be the exclusive sponsor. Next year's event is scheduled for January 21-23 at the Boone County Fairgrounds, Columbia, MO.
