Why can't I download a PDF or credit application from this website?

Currently, Adobe Version 9 encounters intermittent trouble downloading PDFs from websites, including ours. This error causes a stalled download that eventually times out during download. This occurs when the Adobe preferences are set to render the PDF within the browser. For this reason, we recommend using the latest Adobe Reader version available.

If you are encountering PDF download problems while using Adobe Reader 9, please disable 'render within browser' in the Adobe Reader preferences. The preferences can be found under Edit, when the program Adobe Reader 9 is launched.

Another solution, is downloading and installing the latest free Adobe Reader version, currently Adobe Reader 10.  http://get.adobe.com/reader/
